Founded in 2023 by a group of passionate small business owners, Female Entrepreneurs of Midland (FEM) emerged to foster collaboration and connection in the Permian Basin. What began as a simple idea quickly evolved into a thriving community. FEM was built with the vision of creating a space where independent business owners could lean on each other for advice, resources, support, and, above all, friendship.

Running a small business can often feel isolating, like navigating an island with no guide and a lot of hope. By uniting and supporting each other, we build a strong network that empowers success through collaboration and uplifting one another.
